Currently seeking Third Party Proposition Players to provide banker services at various casinos throughout California. Training is provided, but gaming experience or knowledge is desirable (Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat). Must be at least 21 years of age, available for night and weekend shifts, and have math competency. Full time position, fun work environment. Compensation varies depending on experience and location. Michael LeBlanc, avid poker player, sports fanatic, and family man is originally from Danville, California and now resides in Yorba Linda, California. Mike is a happily married father of two boys. Mike has been working in the California casino business since his first job as a bus boy at the age of 14. He has worked several positions over the years and after going to college for Fire Science, he earned an AA in Fire Science and became an Emergency Medical Technician. After this accomplishment, Mike attended the University of San Diego where he majored in Political Science while minoring in Leadership while working towards a Pre-Law emphasis. After graduation, Mike decided to join forces with his mother Patricia LeBlanc and helped expand her company Certified Players Inc., of which they both still own today. Certified Players has been the Third-Party Proposition Provider for several clubs in California from some of the smallest clubs to the several of the biggest ones in the state, kicking off 2000 to today. In 2012, Mike and his friend, a former employee of CPI, Kevin Barclay, decided to venture out and start Rhino Gaming, Inc., a third party proposition company that expanded in the Central part of California. Soon after the continued success with Rhino Gaming, Mike then formed a new partnership, bringing in Mark English, also a friend and former employee of CPI, to create L.E. Gaming, Inc. L.E has expanded into the San Diego and Sacramento areas.
Mike always tries to instill great customer service and a "family" environment that he learned starting in the business with his Mother. He enjoys staying in shape, tackling the different challenges this industry brings on and spending time with family and friends.
Mark English, originally form Kansas City, Missouri, now resides in Orange County, California. Mark is a graduate from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a minor in Business while playing baseball for four years there. Mark has worked in the gaming industry since 2003 at every level in the third-party proposition services side of the business. He started in the industry as a prop player for 2Kings Gaming, Inc. and eventually became a supervisor for CertifiedNetworkM at the Bicycle Casino. After several years as a Supervisor, Mark became a Director for Certified Players covering various regions of California. In 2012, Mark became an Owner of Rhino Gaming, Inc. that held contracts in the Central Valley and Central Coast. As business has expanded into other areas of California, Mark joined partners Mike LeBlanc and Kevin Barclay to form L.E. Gaming, Inc. in 2014 when they moved into the San Diego and Sacramento areas.
Kevin Barclay is originally from Clovis, California and still resides there currently. Kevin got his start in the casino industry while attending San Diego State University as a trained dealer at Barona Casino. He later moved back home and was a dealer at Table Mountain Casino before eventually ending up at the Hollywood Park Casino in the Los Angeles area. Kevin then made a transition to the third-party proposition side when he became a supervisor for 2Kings Gaming, Inc. when they contracted in to the Bicycle Casino. He later returned to the Clovis area to bank games at the original 500 Club Casino before they expanded. In 2012 the 500 Club Casino expanded and this is when Kevin and his partners Michael LeBlanc and Mark English created Rhino Gaming, Inc. to provide banking services at the new 500 Club. Soon after in 2014, Kevin and his partners decided to create a new banking group, L.E. Gaming, Inc. that would be expanding into the San Diego and Sacramento areas. Currently both companies have contracts throughout California and are continuing to expand through their success.
